Here I was predominantly developing websites using HTML, CSS/SASS, Javascript, GSAP, Twig and Bootstrap, whether it be flat HTML sites or WordPress/Craft CMS sites. This was a fast paced environment, where I switched between numerous projects and other urgent requirements when they occurred. I was also tasked with managing various hosting instances, and helping to manage the domains and associated DNS records.Maintaining various websites that Saentys manage was also a key part of what my role entailed, ensuring that they were kept up to date, in terms of content and CMS/Plugins updates mainly.

During my time as self-employed, I offered my services to clients all around the UK, and still to this day I manage near enough all of their websites.I'd initially sell them my services, having to pitch to acquire the work which taught me some beneficial communication and presentation attributes that stay with me today. I'd fully design bespoke sites from scratch, develop them once approve and usually host the finished websites too. I still have clients hosting with me now.During quiet spells with my own clients, I would take up short term contract roles within agencies, which can be found on my profile. Roles including at Colorido Studios and at Deliveroo both as a Web Developer.

Similarly to before, I was hired on an eight weeks contract as a Front End Developer to continue with the next phase/sprints of the Pepsico website build.Once again, working alongside a small team of front end and back end developers, I was tasked with building components and page templates using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JS and GSAP, ready to be handed to the back end developers to integrate with Sitefinity CMS.

On a short term, four weeks contract, I was hired​ ​to​ ​develop​ ​portal​ ​pages​ ​using​ ​HTML​ ​and​ ​CSS​ ​for​ ​their​ ​driver/rider​ ​application​ ​system​​, Fountain. Alongside this, I coded ​HTML​ ​email​ ​templates​ ​for​ ​the application system. I was asked to also give my design and usability expertise to tweak the look and feel if necessary. I also developed​ ​custom​ ​HTML​ ​email templates ​for​ ​Mailchimp​ ​campaigns,​ ​and​ ​templates​ ​that can be​ ​re-used​ ​moving forward.

Started​ ​as​ ​a​ ​Junior​ ​Web​ ​Developer in 2013 after securing employment from a work experience role once I graduated. I was eventually promoted​ ​to​ ​Web​ ​Developer​ ​in​ ​2015 and then promoted​ ​to​ ​Development​ ​Manager​ ​in​ ​2016. As the Development Manager, I managed​ ​a​ ​small​ ​web​ ​team​ ​consisting​ ​of​ ​up​ ​to​ ​4​ ​people. My daily roles would be to make sure the other developers were organised, overseeing​ ​project​ ​management, as well as designing and developing websites. During these roles I was primarily working on converting PSD designs into CMS templates built with HTML, CSS, LESS, Javascript and Git. I assisted with building and maintaining Back End systems using PHP and MySQL. I also worked on Ecommerce systems, such as Opencart, and assisted with designing websites using Photoshop.A role I took upon myself was to re-mould the working structure within the team, and to introduce new technologies to improve the workflow and efficiency of the development team.
