About Daniel Regestam

In more than 20 years, I have been working with creating great customers experiences in digital channels. I have been working in larger organizations with complex structures and different challenges. Some things in my career, I am really proud to have been part of, and some has been important learnings.My interest for understanding customers and their needs started with the research for my Ph.D, and after that I have been working in Nordea, Folksam, SEB, Swedbank, and now Handelsbanken. At Handelsbanken, I am head of a unit with 55 employees (UX Designers, UI Designers, UX Writers, UX Strategists, Service Designers, UX Researchers).I really love to coach, educate and inspire colleagues and making sure customer centricity is part of the culture in the company. As a leader, I am eager to improve ways of working, focus on the team culture, and to create an open atmosphere where people dare to speak up, challenge, and to have a growth mindset
