Sr. Technical Manager for foundational AWS tier-1 services. I built AWS foundational services. My team and I defined the strategy, and designed, built, and operated the services that enable AWS infrastructure to scale and expand across the world (30+ Regions, 90+ AZ, 120+ Data Centers).My team owned the Configuration Management (CMF) service, Network Time service (NTP), Backups, an Internal chat, and the Loghost service. We supported/orchestrated 5+ million hosts and helped customers to scale and successfully use AWS infrastructure. My team manages millions of host running our tools and our customers' services.

- Product owner for tier-1 services Configuration Management (CMF), Network Time service (NTP), and Data Centers DHCP. Also owned supporting services Backups, Loghost, and an internal chat for operational support.- Created 3 roadmaps and long term visions for tier 1 services.- Designed and implemented the Network Time infrastructure redundancy program to increase availability and performance of the time service across 28 AWS regions with hundreds of time servers in operations across the globe.- Led the Operational Readiness Review for CMF, NTP, and Data Centers DHCP that outlined the services' gaps and proposed the path to resolution of each finding.

Celerix is the shared services and project management company for clients in sectors such as tires, autoparts manufacturing, retailing, e-commerce, financial services and motorcycles.• Managed a diverse team of 18 people that performed and executed internal projects for selected client companies in areas such as structuring, financial planning, process engineering, and project management.• Launched a holding structure to fund the expansion plan for Group’s Financial Services company by separating company’s risk from customers’ risk in a trust structures. • Led the expansion of group’s spare parts chain; growing from 3 to 8 shops and doubling sales in 2 years by creating a new company structure and the route to market strategy.

• Facilitated strategic planning sessions and new businesses models for cross-functional Sr. management teams.• Led the first feasibility study for the introduction of electric motorcycles in Colombia by setting a joint project with major utility companies and testing 30 motorcycles of 3 different models. The project concluded in 2016 with the launch of a new business unit and the first Auteco’s electric motorcycles.

• Implemented, as Project Leader, a new production and sales process based on “Theory of Constraints” management tools, playing an instrumental role in double digit grow.• Launched a motorcycle accessory business profitable after its first year by targeting markets needs, acquiring exclusive brands and designing a point-of-sale comprehensive strategy.

• Promoted “fast track” to lead a team of 4 engineers to control and improve assembly processes.• Designed a method of standard work sheets and a new improvement system.• Launched 8 new motorcycle models with standardized work sheets.

Managed the warehouse-to-dealer supply process, improving packaging procedures and programming excel macros to control inventory and deliveries reports – ultimately decreasing in-transit motorcycle damages by 40%.
