• Designed and shipped cross-platform (iOS and Android) consumer-focused products for $100 million startups and top 100 iOS apps, showcasing expertise in UI, UX, visual, brand, interaction, illustration, and mobile design.• Led the redesign of the cashier section of Flowhub’s POS system that now processes $3B+ in sales annually over 1,000 dispensaries.

• Oversaw a $100k+ growth budget, project managed the rebuild of DIMO’s website over 10 weeks and set up growth experiment processes.• Sourced and managed the first 3PL partnership for device fulfillment. Supervised 10 contractors and agencies across brand, social media, website, and fulfillment.

• Primary liaison between APAC and HQ under the Head of APAC. Created 11 franchise opportunities for Bird Platform in Latin America and Asia and 40 city opportunities in Asia while balancing relationships with local partners and city stakeholders. Co-authored and managed Bird’s RFPs in APAC. Launched Bird in Japan.• Founding member of Bird’s global pivot to the Fleet Manager program as the account manager for the first 20 Fleet Managers. Designed, recorded, produced the full Fleet Manager training program with $0 spend for 1,000+ candidates and no changes for 1.5 years. Led global Fleet Manager all-hands with Bird’s Founder and CEO. Co-authored bi-monthly presentations and financial projections for Bird’s Board of Directors (Sequoia, Craft Ventures) on Bird Platform under the SVP of Revenue. Regularly compiled Excel analysis on Bird Platform for the exec team.• Liaison with local Fortune 500 partner in Japan, ran the first official shared e-scooter trial. • Market launcher for Brookline, MA, the first shared e-scooter trial in the U.S. North East. Oversaw recruitment, training and management of local contractor community, coordinated delivery of vehicles and sourced the local service center. Monitored the health of a fleet of 120 vehicles, and conducted local government relations events.• Founding member and co-lead organizer of Bird’s annual hackathon, WFHACK, with 100+ participants.• Founding member of Bird Platform’s 8 person team. Built SOPs, sales materials and analyzed 100s of markets in EUR, LATAM, Middle East, and APAC. Grew new revenue from $0 - $20M+ annual run rate across 27 countries.• Supported domestic and international in-market launchers with product and data analysis from HQ, enabling Bird to scale to over 100 cities before the end of 2018. • Designed all websites, brands, packaging, logos, web software and mobile apps for 30+ clients in Sketch, Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite, and Blender 3D.

Ridesharing for Adventure-lovers• Launched a bootstrapped long-distancing ridesharing app that fulfilled over 11,000 miles in 8 weeks with 110 registered drivers and 1,000+ registered riders. Managed team through product, marketing (Meta Ads, Google Analytics), and business development. Designed the entire app and brand from the ground-up in Figma. Discussed M&A opportunity with Zipcar.
