CurrentMy journey at Havas Media Germany over the past eight years has been an incredible learning experience. Starting as an eager team member, I've had the privilege of growing alongside the company, culminating in my current role as Director of Programmatic Buying.Leading a talented team of 15 individuals feels less like management and more like collaboration. We all contribute to our success, exceeding 80 million euros in billings while fostering a supportive and open environment. Attracting new talent to this vibrant group has been exciting, allowing us to share knowledge and best practices.While technical know-how is important, I see my role as one of service. This translates to guiding clients and internal stakeholders, sharing my digital marketing expertise, and maintaining strong relationships with publishers, data partners, and ad platforms. Supporting our Media Investment & spend goals and contributing to the global Havas strategy are essential parts of ensuring a cohesive approach.Simplifying the complex world of programmatic has been a personal focus. Developing easy-to-use products makes navigating this intricate landscape smoother for everyone. Sharing best practices and conducting training across teams helps us maintain a collective high standard.Meeting performance metrics is essential, but the real reward lies in collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional results that surpass expectations.
