I worked as a postdoc at the FRM-II nuclear research reactor, where I designed and developed a measurement cell for operando neutron diffraction measurements on rechargeable Li-ion batteries. I also measured on commercial batteries subjected to heavy cycling to investigate their fatigue mechanism.

I worked as a postdoc in Dorthe Bomholdt Ravnsbæk's research group where I focused on the phase transitions in rechargeable battery cathode materials, especially using X-ray synchrotron readiation under operando conditions.

My PhD research focused on the synthesis and characterization of solid phosphates for use in medium temperature fuel cells and electrolyzers. I employed numerous techniques such as impedance spectroscopy, solid state NMR, chronoamperometri/chronopotentiometri and powder XRD. I succesfully used SiC-nanowhiskers to reinforce pellets of CsH2PO4 to increase their mechanical strength.
