Working as a Technology Relationship Consultant for a portfolio of global clients within Pontoon. Focusing on process improvements and providing technical solutions for their VMS tools, like Beeline, SAP Fieldglass and Nétive. Managing small implementations, managing and performing technical changes, performing data uploads, data reporting and solving invoicing problems.Working together with the Pontoon Program Management Teams on one side. And liaising with the Beeline Client Operations Manager, SAP Fieldglass Business Analyst and Account Manager or Nétive Customer Success Manager on the other side. Communicating about the projects, technical challenges, road maps, and new functionality.

Managed a small team of 5 to 6 Technical Support Representatives, Data Report Analysts and Data Support Analysts, based in Manila (Philippines), in Krakow (Poland) and in Tilburg and Zaltbommel (Netherlands). The team including myself provided First and Second Level support to technical VMS problems at the EMEA MSP clients of Pontoon. Vendor Management Systems used were Beeline and SAP Fieldglass. Ticket systems used were Zendesk and Salesforce.

Worked at several in-house locations where Adecco was providing blue-collar workers, like warehouses for supermarket chain C1000 in Breda, Raalte and Elst, van Dijk education in Kampen and Timberland in Almelo. Initially, I was asked to create the planning based on the provided shifts for the complete workforce in AdPlan. Later I was also doing invoicing, solving timesheet queries, checking sick leave and recruiting of new workers.
