I’m a customer-centric retail banker, specialising in personal lending consumer products. I take pride in building long lasting relationships, providing exceptional customer service, identifying customer’s unexpressed needs and presenting solutions to provide best possible outcomes for clients. My banking career is complemented with ten years’ experience in the military as a tactical commander, which has been built on through roles in the public and private sector. I am a proven leader and strong communicator with experience of working in conflict zones, in central government and within the health and fitness industry. I have excellent written and oral communication skills, developed in the military and honed within the Cabinet Office and in my role managing fitness classes. I can communicate and lead in different environments, and can adapt and flex to deliver in fast-paced and public-facing environments.
