No questions, no drama, just execution. No matter how ugly or gut-wrenching the issue – Daniel French delivers. In preparation for applying for the senior most Windows System Administrator role, Daniel volunteered for work above and beyond his normal job duties and took a greater role in the larger Rackspace business; he now represents our Support team on the Senior Tech Council. He serves as a consulted member on multiple Product initiatives, and he serves as a dedicated technical resource on a number of internal tools and process design projects. To his great credit, Daniel sought out additional work to help him round out his entire professional portfolio of cloud and hybrid hosting skills. To be sure, Daniel is no wall-flower.
