Use of DoE, during the development phase, using computational simulation results as experimental factors to understand the relationships between the system variables to identify optimal operating conditions and multi-disciplinary optimization. I worked as technical responsible for the product testing and durability lab of Festo Brazil for seven years. From the very begining during assembly phase of the testing area in Brazil in 2006, with the planning, acquisition and development of equipment, documentation and subsequently hiring interns. I have international experience gained during trips to company HQ in Germany in 2006 and 2012. In 2012 focused on conducting product approval tests developed in Brazil and training on approval of products under development. In 2006, training in procedures, construction of durability testing devices, measurement systems and reporting. I performed measurements and durability tests with the aid of DAQ systems in the acquisition of sensor signals connected to the prototypes generating graphs of velocity, acceleration, flow, leakage, pressure, friction, torque and other parameters. Application of load cells, torque, pressure sensors, flow sensors, triangulation laser displacement sensors, high speed image acquisition cameras, encoders, temperature chambers and so on. Acquisition of specific load curves for use in FEA for structural component optimization. Writing engineering reports for brazilian engineering team and for company HQ. Monitoring sensor calibration procedures and studies to determine calibration intervals. During this period I carried out the development activities of several test systems. These projects include a force measurement device, servo drive torque measuring device, flow measurement bench according to ISO6358 and an automated flow and pressure control system with graphs and reports to monitor endurance room conditions and optimization of the use of air compressors.Ability to understand product functioning and influencing variables in order to perform the right measurement in the right way in order to get the exact variable behavior with enough accuracy in order to write highly detailed test reports to support product development.
