Responsibilities: • Executing the Implementation Project;• Commercialisation of Implementation Methodologies and Practices - ANZ Institutional and International Bank New Zealand;• Integrating existing Australian processes and methodology within payments to include credit, risk and compliance strategies within ANZ Institutional and International Bank New Zealand;• Imbedding ANZ Group Risk Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) into business practices - acting as first line of defence.Project and Risk Management• End to end project management of new to bank Institutional multinational clients from initial validation of the solution sold to post implementation reviews;• Collaboration with Institutional business leaders, local risk teams and Group Risk to identify and manage internal risk and ensure compliance with Group Risk and legislation;• Stakeholder Management to deliver a timely, seamless implementation across multiple stakeholders;Strategic Planning• Stakeholder management of both internal and external relationships to deliver outcomes against stated objectives;• Imbedding risk and compliance objectives such as the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), AML, CFT within the Institutional Implementation Business;• Active stakeholder in product commercialisation of PCM products – eight products commercialised in 2012.Core competencies• Risk Management - Compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as New Zealand and Australian legislation;• Project Management - Managing multiple implementations at any given time while ensuring internal projects are met;• Relationship Management - Establish key relationships with Clients, Relationship Management Teams, Sales, Operations and Risk;• Stakeholder Management - Promoting a culture of communication to influence outcomes.
