- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance with clients currently using NetSuite.- Provide support in NetSuite implementation projects according to what is required in the BRD (Business Requirements Document).- Manage inventory, purchase orders, and oversee transactions and shipments using Fishbowl Manufacturing and Inventory Software.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Communicate with the client and get specifics on what the client needs.- Relay tasks to the development team to meet client requirements.- Ensure that the team is updated on new tasks or developments from the client.- Ensure that the web design and development cycles are followed as stated by the company standard.- Communicate with other Project Managers to ensure that all client information are up-to-date and that all PM’s are informed of any changes regarding client’s status and records.- Providing technical support to clients having issues with viewing their websites due to outdated software or plugins and giving them the help and information they need to resolve the issue.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Install operating systems and applications on all workstations.- Troubleshoot Network connectivity issues and ensure that the network is fully operational and functional, LAN and WAN.- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues encountered on workstations.- Troubleshoot basic internet issues and diagnosing and resolving the issue.- Performing scheduled maintenance of all workstations to ensure their performance.- Install / upgrade hardware components and software applications on all 50 workstations.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Providing technical support to the customer regarding connectivity issues and giving them the right information to resolve the issue.- Ensure that customer issue is resolved.- Inform clients about recent updates or upgrades the company has to offer.- To entertain queries and give suggestions on how to improve customer experience to the customer.- To manage and direct or transfer calls intended for other departments or accounts.
