My responsibilities include networking with C&MA Pastors in North and South Carolina. After building a relationship we focus on encouraging success through prayer and tangible support. Utilizing phone calls, email and personal visits, I engage pastors on a personal level.My goal is to help them understand their value to the Kingdom of God and their local church.

Led the church to stability in attendance, financial solvency and prepared them to search for their next Pastor. We revisited missional clarity and core values and worked together in teams toward our shared mission. We addressed structural shifts to align with their calling and positioned leadership to facilitate the pastoral search process.Westside Chapel is a multi-cultural congregation that's existed for more than 50 years. She's struggled because of her location (there are 6 large churches within 2 blocks) but the people want to serve each other and their wider community. There is great hope for their future!
