This system is designed to expand and contract based on project needs around the world for IBB. Azure Active Directory, Virtual Machines and Websites leveraged for the projects.Cloud Digital Video Recorder (DVR) (Comcast Cable) – Lead Data Architect and SME for Cloud DVR program to study viewership data from X1 pilot markets. Designed Azure SQL Server infrastructure to support Data Mining of 2 Billion Rows of Data. Developed Pivot Tables and viewership model focusing on variations to define storage requirements for video and network bandwidth utilization during peak hours. Gathered Requirements for the Architecture, Users and IT and then preformed a vendor evaluation for Digital Asset Management. Performance Tuning of VMWARE, SQL Server and SQL Reporting Services. Development of Cloud based Video Archive using Azure Storage Containers and Azure Backup.

Mr. Patrick managed a $20 million support delivery portfolio of Fortune 100 customers including major Telecommunications and Cable providers along with Media and Entertainment Companies. He was responsible for all IPTV Support on the Microsoft Platform in the US. Dan's technical expertise includes Microsoft Platforms, Performance Testing, Cloud Services and Transmedia Video Services (IPTV & OTT) His responsibilities include driving strategic relationships, building and managing highly effective support teams and ensuring customer success on the Microsoft Platform.

Mr. Patrick served as the Senior Engagement Manager and Business Development Manager for the Premier Support Services Labs. During this time he enabled client success on the Microsoft platform through Performance Engineering and Testing the scalability of applications. He was responsible for ensuring the success of a 3 facilities based in the US with a budget of 9 million and 30 employees.

Mr. Patrick built a new team inside of Microsoft focused on solving complex process issues for clients using Microsoft technologies. This work focused on ITIL and the Microsoft Operations Framework. His team of 25 professionals designed service level management and configuration management for the worlds largest Microsoft deployments and Tier-1 line of business applications. As the leader he designed process and deployed teams working with Fortune 100 customers. Successes were found in redesigning or streamlining IT processes to maximize investments in Microsoft Technology to meet Business Objectives.
