Not a traditional real estate agent. I did assist retail clients with the buying and selling of homes in the Metro Detroit area, but was also involved with local governments in helping them to rehab and sell their properties to new home owners. Some of the projects I have worked on are: Wayne County’s First Right of Refusal, Wayne County’s Action Before Auction, and Highland Park Neighborhood Stabilization. Within the company, I created our full range sales process for the different types of clients we served (individuals, families, governments, institutional, and international investors). My responsibilities included maintaining the sales process as well as building relationships with our preferred partners (title agencies and mortgage brokers).

Serving in a dual role position as system and network administrator, my responsibilities were endless. As a system administrator, my duties included implementing Office 365 and SharePoint, as well as being an early adopter of Microsoft Teams in March 2017. I worked with our staff to create and maintain a technology onboarding system for new users. My experience also extended into learning about and customizing CRM layouts within Sales Force and Pipe Drive. In order to stay ahead of competitors, I was also responsible in the design and creation of a custom Python based program to perform data mining for property information.As a network administrator, I maintained our cloud services and server capabilities between two locations. With the expansion into a second location, I was tasked with implementing more efficient technology which lead to installation of Cisco Meraki and VoIP phones through Microsoft cloud. Server maintenance and backup was also critical and I was tasked with upkeep and backup of our Microsoft 2016 server.
