I led the global Customer Education function, managing content and delivery teams and driving the strategic vision for how Asana enables our customers. The Education team scales Asana sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives by delivering learning experiences across the customer journey (from pre-sales to advocacy) that attract, convert, and retain customers. Asana Education programs include vILT training, regional live workshops, tutorial videos, online courses, guide articles, and training services. In addition, as a Center of Excellence for learning, the team collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to co-create programs that empower Asana's customers.
