Current- Orchestrating the renewal journey, including coordinating and leading discussions on value realization, presenting renewal options, and planning next steps.- Meticulously maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions, renewal progress, and contract specifics in Gainsight and Salesforce for complete transparency and current information.- Reducing churn risks through strategic questioning, addressing objections, and negotiating terms to secure renewals.- Overseeing the entire renewal and forecasting process, ensuring timely discussions, negotiations, and successful closures- Expertly navigating financial discussions with customers, including addressing price changes and negotiating multi-year commitments.
