With more than 25 years within different areas I can rapidly manage different roles such as business developer, security consultant, IT manager, project manager, management consultant, senior HR advisor and more. I had the privilege of both starting up companies in Sweden and internationally within IT, staffing and security and develop others. I am accustomed to both larger and smaller organization, with efficiency in focus. I have for many years worked hands-on with different solutions, quality, delivery, information management, feasibility, studies, analyses and designing processes. I successfully led companies and teams achieving their goals and personally developed my leadership skills through out the years. I also had the joy of being a mentor for managers in their early carriers and even designing leadership courses adjusted for new departments. Within talent acquisition/recruitment and stuffing I have built vast databases and headhunted for different roles, within most industries. Today mostly specialized within executive recruitments, psycological tests and security screening interviews. With a background in the security industry I can analyze, propose an action plan, anchor, implement, train and manage. I have helped global companies with different security projects, e.g. security analyses for R&D departments, proposing and implementing changes. I also had the treat of starting up both security companies, stores, web shops and more offering different security products and services.
