Dan is a registered architect with over two decades of industry experience, focused on building science, envelope design, and construction defect assessment and rehabilitation. He is an active AIA, IIBEC, and ASTM International member. Dan's roles and responsibilities include the full spectrum of envelope consultation, with significant expertise related to legal support and both deposition and expert witness testimony experience.Dan is part of a small group of consultants who have obtained both the Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) and Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC) titles through the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC).
