At ARCC my journey started as a technical writer involved in creating documentation advising on the practical requirements of our HFC and BE buses. I have progressed to being more involved in mechanical design of the bus as my internship at ARCC has progressed. These skills are complemented by a solid foundation in customer service helping to keep me understanding the needs of clients. Previously, working as a Trade Assistant with Australian Winch & Haulage Co Pty Ltd, I helped to ensure high-quality maintenance of mining winches and hydraulic power units which has given me a thorough practical understanding of what my design work ultimately results in as I am currently pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree at the University of Technology Sydney. With a hands-on approach to problem-solving and a dedication to continuous learning, I am actively shaping a career that harmonizes technical acumen with customer-centric solutions.
