While at Disney, Dan also led Content and Audience Development for the Disney Digital Network, which focused on creating new forms of digital storytelling and developing growth strategies for social platforms. While in this role, Dan grew Disney’s audience by launching editorial brands like Oh My Disney and expanding their influencer marketing capabilities. Dan also led the creation of popular short-form video series, like the award-winning As Told By Emoji, which was franchised into a mobile game, books, and consumer products. Dan joined Disney through the start-up DigiSynd, in 2011. While there, Dan managed the team responsible for accelerating Disney’s growth on social media platforms. Prior to joining The Walt Disney Company, Dan held various marketing positions at Toyota where he most recently led Digital Marketing for the luxury brand, Lexus. Dan established Lexus’ social media strategy and built their first-ever cross-functional social team from marketing, public relations, and customer service. Dan also led LStudio.com, Lexus's branded entertainment channel, which produced the popular series Web Therapy.Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
