Reporting to the Adecco Group Head of Marketing for APAC and the Marketing Director of Australia & NZ, I provide creative direction, including corporate branding, UX design, print design, digital design, web design, illustration and video editing/animation (2D & 3D). Because APAC is a broad and culturally diverse group with different needs for each country, sensitivity & flexibility in pushing the brand guidelines while maintaining integrity is key. I oversee and provide direction for all brand and design elements for Adecco APAC and support with rollout of new brand guidelines and digital guidelines in the Asia Pacific region – including Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.I partner with Adecco Asia Pacific marketing teams and Asia Pacific subsidiary national marketing teams, including designers within the Asia region that I direct to ensure that all brand components – specifically on-line, off-line and in-branch/divisions, are consistent and in-line with the new established guidelines.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, I provide visual and design support including corporate branding, print design, digital design, advertising design, web design, illustration, video editing and animation (2D & 3D) and marketing videos. In the 4 years I have been with the company, I have developed the visual identity of our brands, including logo design, company reports and publications, copywriting and concept work - taking initial briefs and delivering final campaigns that have consistently exceeded client expectations. My broad skill set has made me a valuable asset, saved the company significant agency costs, time, and because of my knowledge of our brands, enabled me to deliver a higher quality product in-house.My contribution to the company was formally recognised in 2013. I was awarded the prestigious ‘CEO’s Champion Award’ which is the highest award offered for employees within the Adecco Group Australia & New Zealand.
