In this senior-director level role, I oversee practice operations, financial management, client development and strategic execution for the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice. Department leadership: Leading a team of 15 BD managers, proposals managers, specialists, coordinators and analysts with a focus on lean, revenue-generating operations and proactive business development across the Firm’s practice areas, industry groups and nationwide office presence. Litigation docket mining initiative: Instituted a novel approach to proactively identifying opportunities to pitch for litigation within our current client-base.
