• Co-wrote (with Michael Gerfen) an extensive job report for 5 Arkansan counties to help guide the allocation of federal funds (Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, $1,875 value added to institute). Recommendations included specific collaborations between industry and trade schools and opportunities for increased in-region purchases, to stem economic leakage• Led a creative scoping process for the Institute, as it created a new statistical dashboard (ArkanSTATS) • Created static and interactive maps of downtown Pine Bluff for urban designers, facilitated community meetings as part of the Go Forward Pine Bluff Initiative• Helped maintain geodatabase, performed general IT duties and 30+ hours of ESRI online classroom training (including ModelBuilder)
