I manage a team of 35 employees for a company with over $4.5M in annual revenues. My role includes overseeing all P&L management, budget administration, forecasting, and quality controls for the organization. I oversee the recruitment and hiring of all medical staff and employees, as well as the negotiation of rates and terms with insurance companies. Additionally, I derive both short- and long-term goals, as well as identify opportunities to expand into new medical arenas to diverse the company’s financial portfolio. A few key highlights while in this role includes: Successfully turned the company into a profitable organization in less than two years after becoming the CEO of the company; restructured current debt, renegotiated vendor contracts, and reevaluated the company’s current compensation plan for employees.  Increased company revenues by $3.5M in less than ten years by improving operational efficiencies, integrating key performance metrics, and restructuring pricing to align with competition in the area.  Extended the company’s service base to include vaccine, asthma, neurology, and substance/opioid dependence research divisions that led to diversifying the company’s revenue stream.  Effectively negotiated a mutually beneficial partnership with an FDA inspected and approved laboratory that supplied premium vitamins; increased company revenues by expanding into selling over the counter products in addition to psychiatric services.  Expanded the company’s geographic locations by identifying key communities and physicians that would complement the company’s research initiatives.
