 Produced over 35 TEDx events, with over 375 speakers.  Managed a 40k+ database of subscribers and crafted personalized and engaging email marketing that converted sales. Rapidly adapted to virtual events from 2020 thru 2021. Increased profitability by driving ticketing revenue and boosting sponsor investment.  Outsourced social media management to increase engagement with target market. Attained a government declaration of “national public interest” Merged with TEDxPuraVidaJoven and ED to create a single three-day event, reaping the benefits of shared venue and setup costs. Sold and managed the production of a large and complex international forum: over 80 speakers, more than 20 hours of live streaming, real time translation, all delivered on a cutting edge virtual event platform.
