Based on my observations, I designed and shared best practices and process improvement recommendations with upper management. Serving as a liaison between Account Managers and executive leadership, I cultivated cooperation and cohesion between various levels of the organization, promoting positive change. ✔ After spotting, investigating and eliminating assignment errors across all segments of the Corporate Account and Revenue System, I orchestrated a reassignment of over 10,000 customer locations and secured a $12M increase in company revenue. ✔ I have helped senior management fine-tune strategic business development plans by equipping them with information on the efficiency of revenue systems, current billing trends and anomalies, and possible solutions to existing bottlenecks. ✔ By restructuring the way customer leads were profiled, and focusing on grouping them according to location, product, contract expiration dates and priority, improved Account Manager efficiency, allowing them to pitch highly client-oriented product offerings to prospects, and close more deals as a result. ✔ I have reduced cases of customer fraud while boosting efficiency in handling inquiries and resolving mobility credit disputes by replacing the complicated and inefficient tracking system with a new sleek process for request management and distribution. ✔ I optimized order processing by establishing clear lines of communication between Sales and Product teams.
