I was brought on at CenterLight to review their current architecture and solution design, to enhance their solution to utilize features in the ESB Toolkit, to train current personnel in the modification and enhancement of the ESB Toolkit, and to assist in planning for a migration of their codebase from BizTalk 2010 to 2013.

I was at CTCA for a short POC to setup the processing HL7 transactions through BizTalk 2013. I was primarily tasked with setting up and configuring pipeline components to enable messages to be processed through with the least amount of failure. For this I had to write a custom disassembler, assembler, and validation components for stripping characters out of messages. Additionally I altered some HL7 schemas to allow messages outside of the HL7 standard to be processed through the out of box disassembler.

At Allscripts I worked on a small team responsible for monitoring and making changes to their current BizTalk HL7 implementation. I rewrote the pipelines used for receiving the HL7 message and returning acknowledgements via the MLLP adapter. In addition to maintaining their current code set we are working to increase performance by providing a new Microsoft ESB implementation.

At McKesson I work on a small QA team and am responsible for providing unit tests as well as fully automated functional end to end tests of an updated .NET endpoint. I work closely with the product owners to avoid scope creep and keep our development team on task. In addition I work with our development team to ensure quality code is produced in an efficient manner to meet a strict deadline.

For HomeInstead I am on a small team of developers that specializes in BizTalk/ESB integrations. We are working to update their current processes to a more messaging based solution using the Microsoft Enterprise Service Bus. In addition our objective is to give them more insight as to how their business processes work and run. We are doing this by giving them monitoring capabilities by building reports utilizing BAM tracking data. I am responsible for developing using the ESB Toolkit, working with the team lead to meet deliverables, assisting in architecture design meetings, assisting in environment setup and configuration, writing unit tests, and giving training where applicable to full time personnel.

My function at Microsoft is to maintain currently deployed code for monitoring Microsoft Windows 8 license key purchases. I assist in creating new reports to help minimize downtime and to help show business needs. I assist in troubleshooting issues with this system and help to come up with viable solutions.As well as maintaining the current code set I am currently developing charting controls to be utilized in a Windows 8 Metro application to display real time data for monitoring the system. At Cable ONE I worked receiving inbound calls relating to the technical problems customers were having with the cable internet. My core responsibilities included settings up their initial connection and troubleshooting any internet connectivity issues.I was held accountable for meeting specific metrics relating to time on calls, customer satisfaction, and usage of correct language when speaking with customers. Because of my ability to troubleshoot issues very quickly I was often used for training new employees and helping team members better their ability to meet these same metrics.

At FedEx I started out by sorting inbound packages being offloaded from inbound trucks to be loaded onto trucks for delivery or transportation to their end destination or other sorting facilities. Not long after starting I was trained to switch trucks and that quickly became my job.I was then responsible for managing a list of all expected trucks coming into the yard and making certain all trucks were unloaded and accounted for. I was responsible for moving trailers off of the unloading docs and for putting the new ones on quickly and efficiently. This required for me to know where drivers were putting trailers as they arrived and seeking them out and organizing them so that they were easily attainable when the time came to have them unloaded.
