With clients in all major professional sports, collegiate athletics, as well as playhouses and other other ticketed venues, our solution portfolio provides executive dashboards and in-depth analysis of data across systems (ticketing, CRMs, ERPs, Food and Beverage, Merchandising, Loyalty, Donations, etc.), driving profitability, targeted-marketing, and process decision clarity. I am involved in a wide array of ETL and reporting projects using Microsoft BI stack, as well as Logi Analytics reporting, and custom development.Before the SaaS launch, I lead our technical consultanting engagement with our client USES, an environmental services and industrial/maritime cleanup company. The College of Business at CSU is on the cutting edge of technology and is organized like a professional IT department serving a user base equivalent to a mid-size company. I was able to apply practices I learned in accounting, finance, and database classes. ● Accountable for tracking and budget planning of accounts totaling $700,000; purchasing all technology equipment for the College of Business, processing payroll, research for strategic plan of the IT department.● Designed, developed and implemented a web interface and SQL back-end to track shipping, purchasing and other budget items to aid in financial estimating and planning activities for the dean and IT managers.
