Responsible for driving the transition of Albelli from a photo book specialist to a broader photo product company, both from a brand & product perspective. Focussed on the introduction of new products and services, creating a ‘mobile & tablet’ mindset, defining pricing & promotion strategies and redefining the brand.

Responsible for the introduction of the Albelli brand in the Netherlands. Leading and driving the online and offline marketing strategy for the Benelux consumer market. Owning the revenue objectives and marketing budget, as well as building and managing a high performance marketing team. Successfully set up long term partnerships and joint promotions with travel, publishing & media companies. In this period Albelli has become the photo book market leader in both countries, surpassing retail chains like Hema & Kruidvat.

As a member of the European Sales & Marketing organisation responsible for customer loyalty and retention in the Benelux and Central Europe, consisting of the countries Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, U.K. and Ireland. Coordinating with local retention managers responsible for life cycle management, loyalty and retention activities to existing customers as well as winning back lost customers.
