As a Help Desk Engineer, I answer phone calls and assist clients with both installation and software specific questions. Other duties include assisting in the creation of XML custom reports.

Whenever there is a snow storm or snow removal situation, I run GPS reports on the salt trucks and other area managers to gather information such as mileage, speeding reports, time spent within each location, and other usage and tracking information. Other duties include some adminstrative work and some snow removal work.

Created and maintained MSSQL, Oracle, and DB2 Databases using Windows 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012. Edited and executed both schema update scripts and data update scripts for all three database types. Daily updated our Financial Planning application on IBM WebSphere and Oracle Weblogic for agile development schedule. Attended daily scrum meetings and updated team with progress daily, mentioning potential roadblocks for assistance and helped to unblock teammates whenever possible. Performed bug tests and fixes and performed regression testing, including some automated testing using both Selenium and Silk Performer, on Financial Planning Application. Used JIRA to create issues to track, follow existing issues, and used Confluence to create and track test plans during execution.
