• Designed, implemented, instructed and evaluated the curriculum for Career Planning and Development, a course designed to enhance students ability to competitively pursue careers upon completion of their undergraduate.
• Designed, instructed, and evaluated Study Skills, a course designed to improve study behaviors and attitudes by improving students’ time management, goal setting, and understanding of various learning stylesAssistant.
• Developed public speaking programs to enhance the specialized communication needs of students within the School of Business and School of Engineering; delivered content to over 800 students
• Developed and implemented a marketing and communication strategy to improve the public speaking and presentation skills of over 5,400 students, an increase of approximately 52% over previous year

• Developed and facilitated training, conducted mission planning and analysis, and oversaw all activities for a 40 solider unit. Managed a budget in excess of $1,000,000. Responsible for over $500,000 of equipment. Held.
• Responsible for the leadership, training, development, and oversight of 40 soldiers (6 direct reports, 34 indirect) dispersed at five geographically separate locations in Iraq
• Designed, developed, facilitated, and evaluated pre-deployment training doctrine for 15 technical and combat tasks for a 5,000 soldier Brigade deploying to Iraq
