Supervision at Headquarters of all ICRC operations in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus. In charge of budgeting process for an annual USD 45mm operation, diplomatic representation of the ICRC in high level meetings and conferences, donors’ relationship management and reporting, HR management for the region.

Managed ICRC activities in Central and South-East Afghanistan. Control of a USD 30mm annual budget, 30 expatriates and 100 + local staff, handled high level negotiations, large health, water and habitat assistance operations in conflict-stricken areas. Managed all security aspects of operations.

Managed all ICRC activities in the Trincomalee District (Eastern Sri Lanka). Annual budget of USD 5mm, 5 expatriates and 35 local staff.
