Responsible for administering the Bank’s local, wide, wireless, Internet, and Intranet networks, telephone systems, and all related software programs. Responsible for user administration, support and training. Maintains system specifications; ensures the Bank's technology resource systems are operating in a secure and stable manner. Deploys information technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs. Performs supervisory duties of department staff, coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of the department. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Banks local, wide, wireless, Internet and Intranet networks and telephone systems; maintains file servers, laptops, network or stand alone computers, or any other hardware components; ensures the highest levels of security and stability are maintained to protect customer deposits, Bank assets and staff. Answers questions of a general nature; provides step-by-step technical instruction and support; trouble-shoots andresolves problems; logs issues into the Bank’s information technology case system to ensure events are properly reported and resolved within established quality service level guidelines. Troubleshoots user issues or inquiries, such as password resets, hardware problems or software support questions; administers the Bank’s information technology case logging system to ensure technical issues are properly reported and resolved within established quality service level guidelines; responds to inquiries and refers issues to the appropriate department or person, and exhibits the necessary follow through with customers and/or staff involved. Monitors network activity, tracks trends, usage, stability, etc. Reviews various reports and performs daily callback ofsystem or user changes.

Provide mid-level technical support for hardware and software problems. Maintain a detailed understand of PC hardware and software. Triage's trouble calls and updates Help Desk information.Escalates problems to next level of support or vendor. Perform mid-level troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair/fixes for PCs and peripheral equipment including printers and LAN hardware. Installs and configures networked PCs, operating systems and application software. Trains junior staff as requested by management. Hardware installation and moving of existing hardware document installations and procedures as needed. Assists in the implementation of security requirements.Attends training seminars or meetings as required and remains knowledgeable of current information technology, applications systems, and strategies. Stays familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goal
