An optimist with a unique mix of right and left brain thinking and experiences from advertising and marketing to IT Consulting my 20 plus years in various capacities where I have advised leadership and crafted visions for countless organizations through intuitive and insightful analysis of the not only external customers but also internal customers (employees) of those organizations. Understanding the human factor in the development and implementation of a campaign or project is the most critical piece of the puzzle. I love solving puzzles and helping people. For years working closely with Microsoft and Apple has given my a behind the scenes picture that helped me craft my own company and formed me into who I am today, having travelled from one customer to another solving technical and organizational problems along the way. My greatest joy is in helping leadership confronted with intractable problems to see the best next step and to develop an action plan to change those problems into successes.I am fortunate that God crafted me a right and left brain thinker. I value intuition just as much as logic with an mindset that is both analytical and creative.
