The SYMBOL is underlined with "Shut Your Mouth Be Observant and Listen" in tiny font. These words remind me that the people coming into my office have something to say and that they want to be heard. If each individual feels like they have a voice, they will feel supported by their leadership. My experiences have taught me how to manage crises and emergencies. I focus on bringing people together so they can become themselves at their best, even in the most difficult of times. I am proud to have been and continue to be in the service of others.
