CurrentShape HRC’s digital communications with a strategic and creative vision around public policy efforts, electoral campaigns, public research, and educational programs, advancing equality and sparking national engagement.Lead high-stakes, culture and political-focused campaigns—including SXSW, Pride Month, the 2024 Democratic National Convention, and brand activations—that mobilize over 5.5 million followers, boost public engagement, and elevate critical issues for diverse communities.Utilize analytics to refine digital strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and maximize impact, while managing a high-performing team to deliver consistent, measurable results across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, HRC.org, HRCF.org).Harness paid media and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand influence, broaden outreach, and attract a wide range of supporters.Continuously refine HRC’s digital presence to increase responsiveness, tackle emerging challenges, and broaden the impact of key advocacy and policy initiatives.
