I have been working in IT infrastructure support for more than 2 decades. From hands on engineer contributing to the team as individual to manager leading multiple teams of IT professionals to deliver managed IT infrastructure service. The experiences that I have gained allow me to run and maintain IT infrastructure aligning to business needs effectively.I was involved in many transition/relocation work of IT support service or operation center in the recent years. I am able to learn and duplicate the operation model in short period of time. Hence, helping my employer to achieve their business objective.
