At this position I was in charge with the relation with several important customers of the company.

As the holder of this position I was responsible with sales objective for both installed base and energy management services. I managed a team of four services sales engineers, each of them specialized in a different category of services, and I reported to the Power Solution and Services Vicepresident in Romania. Highlights:Sales growth:- Detected customer specific needs and created new added value services, in term of service description, price and ressources allocation, to satisfy them. Focused on the services which generated pulled through solution sales,- Created Action plan with focus on services presentations for customers and account managers,- Created typical contract templates per each category of services,- Defined service level agrements per service category - Defined service partner network strategy- Created and published a dedicated maintenance contracts brochure for customers.Team management:- Implemented competencies growth actions for each service sales engineer with focus on consultative sales and entrepreneurship skills ,- Implemented a method to quantify the sales efficiency of each services sales engineer.Achievements: During the one year and a half period in this position I got a sales volume of 1,543 KEUR which represented 116% versus the target objective and a growth of 33% of the sales versus the year before results.

As the holder of this position I was responsible with the business development of the services and Energy Efficiency business. I managed a team of five services sales engineers, specialized in various services sales, and I reported to the Services and Energy Efficiency Vicepresident in Romania. I managed the services business plan as well as the team competencies development program by integrating strong coaching elements.Achievements: During the one year period in this position I got a sales volume of 1,163 KEUR which represents 106% versus the target objective.

As holder of this position I was in charge of the sales objective and business development in Romania of the new businesses acquired by the company such as: BMS, KNX, home automation, CCTV, Security and VDI businesses. I managed a team of six specialized sales engineers, each of them being specialized per business category, and I reported to the Commercial Director in Romania. In terms of people I was also involved in the recruiting process of the specialized sales engineers as well and in their training and development program. Achievements: During the three years period in this position I got a sales volume of 10,189 KEUR which represents 102% versus the target objective.

As holder of this position I was responsible of the sales objectives for the Uninterruptible Power Sources and Power Monitoring and Control businesses in Romania. My position had a national coverage, it was included in the Industry Sales Team and I reported to the Industry Sales Manager.Achievements: During the two years period of time in this position I got a sales volume of 2,046 KEUR which represents 127% versus the target objective.

As holder of this position I was responsible of the sales objectives for various sales channels of the company and I reported to the Building or Industry Sales Managers.
