As a Senior Program Manager in the Mixed Reality and AI engineering organization:- Develop business models and product strategy for groundbreaking mixed reality devices such as Microsoft Hololens for public sector applications.- Partner across organizations to fully develop models and strategy to ensure wearable Mixed Reality (AR and VR) pull-through revenue for ancillary Microsoft products.- Contribute to the crystallization of Mixed Reality strategy and market expansion in the public sector by identifying ways to expand the total addressable market of these form factors.

- Led winning pricing strategy and proposal submission, for the DoD JEDI contract. Was finance lead in DoD Q&A sessions regarding pricing proposal.- Lead pricing strategy and financial modeling for large Federal Government Procurements- Oversee and lead proposal delivery for pricing factors- Coordinate across engineering, business development, and pursuit teams to model financial implications to Microsoft and Azure of large procurements.- Inform and interact with Azure and Microsoft executives regarding pricing strategies and financial models.- Interact with Government officials as a part of the procurement process.

- Partner with Engineering and Marketing teams to evaluate cloud deals and strategic partnerships. - Partner to evaluate new market opportunities and business expansion.- Own financial models to evaluate complex transactions optimizing margin and revenue growth, while mitigating risks.- Interact with customers to help them understand the financial and technical implications of migrating existing on-premise IT infrastructure to the cloud.- Develop frameworks to accelerate, simplify and scale the deal-making process within the Cloud division including products in computing, storage, cognitive services and AI, networking and general infrastructure.

- Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and commercial due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services.- Analyze and synthesize target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the target company.- Create and design tailored transaction advisory reports specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, indebtedness considerations, borrowing base calculations, and/or business combinations and carve-out financial statements.
