I’m Daniel, and I am where technology and leadership intersect. I am a Senior Product Manager with a trail of accomplishments in multiple sectors.I’ve made a career out of leading engineering teams and delivering fast and effective products based on the correct technology strategies. Currently, I serve as a Product Manager for Medion AG, where I oversee the development of new notebooks as well as trend-scouting for the management board, and more. I’ve been with Medion AG, for over a decade. My career has spanned from Product Manager of Tablet PC to Product Manager Computing Notebook & Tablet PC to Senior Product Manager Computing. In 2020, I was awarded Employee of the Year out of one thousand candidates. Technology may move fast, but I can keep up with the pace. I thrive on throwing my mind head-first into new territories and recently have been exploring the spaces of AR/VR, the Metaverse, and cryptocurrencies. I’m passionate about products, technology, and leadership because I enjoy solving problems at scale. My motto is “Step by step.” I use this to first always define an objective, plan for it, and then execute it. In my years of experience, I understand that results don’t happen in a silo. I always encourage all team members to be in constant communication and collaboration. My motto helps inspire colleagues and is a core tenet of my leadership style. I often find myself responsible for new employees as well as students learning this industry. I believe successful companies are built by exceptional teams, and I always aim to lead my projects to excellence so we can accomplish our objectives accurately and swiftly. I utilize both critical thinking and creativity to highlight the elements of a business that will drive shareholder value. But I don’t do it in a vacuum. I believe that the answers are always in the data. Creating data-driven narratives that put forth a credible case that maximizes run rate and forward-looking revenue is where a successful product begins.I look forward to continuing to be a key player in delivering the desired outcomes with my engineering and operational leadership.
