Building the operating system to reduce methane emissions and tackle climate change

After our Exit to flaschenpost, I joined as a technical product owner for data science & FMCG with two teams of 9 developers and data scientists in total. During my tenure, we:- Increased the revenue contribution of personalised elements manyfold, achieving AOV improvements on every step.- Reworked key parts of the shop IT architecture such as master data management systems and key APIs, contributing to a faster development speed & performance- Optimised the search experience, driving a strong AOV increase- Implemented an offer generator that contributed to a profund reduction in waste- Drove several other key strategic projects spanning large parts of the organisation

Initiated and created a successful application for the EXIST scholarship grant.

Created analysis for various stakeholders - most prominently the sales division - to support their decision making.Developed a successful lead scoring model that significantly improved conversion.Analysis were conducted mostly in R/Excel/SQL/salesforce.

After early success in Germany, Ginmon seized an opportunity to enter the Chinese market.I was one of the first employees in the Shanghai office, supporting the market entry with various different analytical and research tasks.
