I am a tourism consultant at IPDT, a tourism consultancy specialist company, and I collaborate on projects in several areas related to the management of national and international destinations and companies.I love books, sports (especially football and cycling), music and cinema... and travelling.I have collaborated in projects of strategic planning, communication, digital marketing, management of social networks and tourist websites, sustainability certifications, protection and enhancement of national and international intangible cultural heritage, promoting accessibility for all, among other areas.I was the technical coordinator of the two editions of the “ALA+T – Qualificar para o Turismo” a national project, carried out in partnership with Turismo de Portugal, which had the participation of 230 tourism decision-makers, representing 108 portuguese municipalities.I integrated the team that developeded the Tourism Development Strategies for the Azores 2030, Vila Nova de Gaia, Coruche and Torres Vedras. I was, also, the technical responsible for the development of the project "Accessible Tourist Itineraries" available at visitportugal.com.Since 2018, I have been member of the team responsible for the International Certification of the Azores as the first archipelago in the world certified as a sustainable tourist destination. And since 2021, I have been part of the technical team responsible for the international certification of the Madeira Islands.Since 2021, I have been coordinating the technical team responsible for preparing the application dossier for the "Barco Moliceiro: Arte da Carpintaria Naval da Região de Aveiro" to the National Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage and to the Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
