Fall 2021 & 2022 - Teaching CS150 - User Centered Design. UCD is a design approach that puts users at the center of the design process and uses empathy to focus on the user’s needs and motivations to create usable and useful solutions. Course will involve many practices of User Experience (UX) Research and Design such as user research, ideation, sketching, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, iteration, and presentation. Course will also explore design approaches for differing contexts such as mobile design, accessibility practices, enterprise applications, and human factors.Fall 2019 - Taught CS130 - Software Development. Course material included topics such as Contextual inquiry, interface design, SDLC (Waterfall, Agile), source control, design systems, presentation layer (CSS/HTML), usability testing, and other topics relevant to developing software in groups.
