Daniel is a serial entrepreneur that enjoys working in the financial, small business, and real estate industries to find new and innovative opportunities that benefit his clients. Daniel started his journey by earning his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from York University in Toronto, Canada. During his undergraduate studies, Daniel started his first small business, a federally incorporated marketing agency. Daniel later grew this small business to include private lending and consultation services for individuals and businesses. While still completing his undergraduate studies, Daniel went on to obtain his real estate license and began working with individual clients and medium-sized home builders in an effort to apply wholesale purchasing power into the world of new home sales. After graduation, Daniel founded his second small business, a real estate brokerage, primarily focused on real estate investments as an avenue to build wealth for his clients. Daniel takes pride in providing his clients with honest and transparent business advice, both when negotiating purchase and sale contracts on their behalf as well as while consulting clients on wealth and asset management. Daniel graduated cum laude, earning his Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He also earned a Certificate in Dispute Resolution and is a Qualified Neutral for Mediation and Arbitration in Minnesota. Daniel has competed in the 2020-21 American Bar Association National Negotiation Competition where he and his partner placed as National Finalists. Daniel then went on to win the world championship in negotiation where he and his partner competed on behalf of the United States, in the 2021 International Negotiation Competition hosted by Singapore. While in law school, Daniel has also completed a Harvard University Leadership Certificate (HarvardX) and is in the last stage of testing to earn his Project Management Professional designation (PMP). Daniel also worked pro bono on a joint real estate project between Columbia Law School and the Western New York Law Center. Daniel has real-world experience with small businesses, large asset purchase, and sale contract negotiations, as well as training in project management. Daniel is a Certified Law Student Practitioner in Minnesota and plans to sit for the bar in Minnesota, New York, and Ontario, Canada. Daniel also speaks French, Polish and understands Farsi.
