CurrentMy colleague Joseph Grice and I created Greenacre Recruitment in October 2011, specialising in the social housing sector. Since starting the business our focus has been on leading and developing Greenacre Recruitment from a start-up business through to the established business we have today. Our purpose is to support organisations to build and shape high performing teams by identifying and attracting the best, diverse talent across the UK. Our focus is on building and nurturing a vast talent pool across asset management, housing services, finance, development and regeneration, IT, customer services, HR, governance, business improvement and a wide range of other specialist functions.Our expertise at executive level includes working alongside boards to recruit Chief Executives and key Director appointments to deliver long term ambitions, as well as supplying talented interim professionals to provide leadership stability, strategic reviews, structural and service re-design, governance reviews and change management projects to enable future growth and business resilience.
