Won a department award for my research on Strengthening Government Financial Integrity in Africa. My analysis evaluated the technical assistance provided to six African nations (Mali, Guinea, Mozambique, Uganda, Malawi, and Ghana) over the previous 5 years, assessed the resilience of their Public Financial Management (PFM) systems, and recommended reforms to their PFM systems, surveillance, and program interventions. Most recently developed and produced a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on PFM for USAID, using the EdX online course platform.Collaborated with the IMF's Technical Assistance Office based in Bangkok, as well as various Ministries of Finance, to execute 17 technical assistance missions and capacity building courses on Public Investment Management and Treasury Management for senior officials in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. Planned and executed 40% (175 out of 439) of my division’s technical assistance missions, seminars, and inspection visits over 3 fiscal years (FY16, FY17, FY18) to countries such as the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Fiji, India, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Bhutan, Nepal, Timor-Leste, Cambodia, and Bangladesh.Contributor and Editor of the IMF’s Public Financial Management Blog: http://blog-pfm.imf.org/
