Studied how the power generated, distributed, and transmitted until it reaches the smelting-plant.2. Patrolled daily to check all equipments of the hydropower plant at underground, aboveground, and the switchyard are in the right condition as suppossed.3. Monitored and controlled the system of Hydropower Plant using SCADA, supervised by the mentor.4. Made a visualization of overcurent and differential relay to help the next-batch's intern to understand more about electrical protection.

This initiative aimed to help students step away from their routines and focus on their spirituality while also strengthening our community bonds.From start to finish, me and my team managed every detail of the retreat. This involved securing funding, arranging accommodations, coordinating guest speakers, and planning the schedule of activities. The success of the program not only enriched our spiritual connection but also brought our community closer together, fostering lasting friendships and shared experiences.Through my role, I refined my skills in event organization, teamwork, and effective communication. I'm proud to have played a part in nurturing an environment that encouraged personal growth and meaningful connections among the members of the Christian community at Senior High School 9 Surabaya.
