Psychology International Summer Community Engagement and Visit to Cultural Heritage (PSYCHE) is an annual summer course program developed by The Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University that aims to promote the richness of Indonesian culture to international students. This program can ignite international collaboration through student and staff exchange that strengthen partnership with international universities. International students can learn and fully experience Indonesian culture through interactive activities such as, learning batik, traditional dance workshop, cultural heritage excursion, community engagement program and lectures. This program also aligns towards achieving sustainable development goals that aims to enhance well-being, quality education, sustainable and livable cities, and partnership for the goal.I got responsibilities and jobdesk such as: - Assist in coordinating, assisting in the planning and execution of event concepts such as day-of implementation, lecturer programs, and tour activities in Semarang with more than 50 international participants.- Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with other areas of the committee in order to achieve the objectives of the event.-Ensure that the event is in accordance with the concept that has been prepared and improvise to avoid obstacles that are present during the activity.
