Over the past 3 years at Canvas (now CANVAS United) I've grown tremendously having gained experience in everything from feature definition to architecting and hiring. I’ve had the pleasure of co-building a team of engineers and project managers growing from 3 to now 12. During this time I’ve developed engineering workflows, implementing versioning, created processes, implemented kanban, written feature documentation and much more. We were recently acquired by Grupo Gallegos forming the newly minted United Collective. Now in the leadership tier of the company, I work with other directors on defining the vision for our team and how we develop products efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.I've worked on some amazing products for clients such as Crunch Fitness, MetroNorth, The Beekman, Howard Hughes and others - launching and maintaining over 15 sites and apps in 3 years.

Day to day responsibilities included ensuring the seamless trafficking of ads and solving discrepancies quickly and efficiently, to decrease reporting errors and maintain positive client relationships. I also handled trafficking of third party pixels, QA assignments, and changes to campaigns. I prepared client delivery reports and offered suggestions for campaign optimization. Lastly, I became the Ad Ops product lead/representative for my team - managing our backlog, prioritization, regression testing, QA and bugs.

Ad sales/ad operations and project management for marketing executions across a family of sites in the sustainability and design space. Responsible for the entire process, from sale to campaign performance including trafficking and optimization. After being acquired I guided the new parent company in understanding our zones and transitioned our ad server from OpenX to DFP. Lastly I contributed content to a few of the properties.
